Every photograph published on the directory depicts an individual who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and who is the same person who submitted the photograph.

Age verification statement

Before any profile is published, the individual depicted on that profile completes identity verification with our team. We maintain records sufficient to confirm the identity and age of every person whose likeness appears on the directory.

These records are stored privately and are not displayed on the public site. They are available, on appropriate legal request, to the authorities responsible for enforcing applicable law.

Submitter responsibility

Each profile is submitted by the individual it depicts. We do not accept submissions made by a third party on behalf of any other person. Anyone found to have submitted material depicting a person other than themselves — or material depicting a person under the age of 18 — is permanently banned and may be referred to law enforcement.

Reporting suspected violations

If you have any reason to believe that an individual depicted on this directory is under the age of 18, that any content has been posted without consent, or that any record relating to age verification is inaccurate or fraudulent, please report it immediately using the report form on the relevant profile. Reports of this kind are reviewed urgently.

Suspected child sexual exploitation should additionally be reported to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection at cybertip.ca or by phone at 1‑866‑658‑9022. Suspected trafficking should be reported to the Canadian Human Trafficking Hotline at 1‑833‑900‑1010.

Note on jurisdiction

Canadian Escortsis operated in Canada and complies with Canadian law on age verification and the keeping of records of identity for persons depicted on the directory. United States Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 does not apply by its terms to material of the type hosted here, but we maintain records of identity and age in a manner consistent with the standard of care set by that regime.
