Canadian Escorts(“the directory,” “we,” “us”) is an online classified directory listing independent companions in Canada. By accessing or using the directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to view, post on, or otherwise interact with Canadian Escorts. By using the directory you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that accessing adult-oriented content is lawful in your jurisdiction. Providers must complete identity verification before any profile is published.

2. Nature of the service

Canadian Escorts is an informational classified directory. We provide a platform on which verified independent companions in Canada may publish identity and availability information about themselves. We do not employ companions, do not procure, do not broker introductions, and do not receive any portion of any consideration paid between a provider and a client. Any meeting, communication, or arrangement that occurs between a provider and a third party is a private matter between those individuals.

The directory is not an advertisement for sexual services and is not intended to be used as such. Listings describe legal companionship — social engagement, dinner dates, travel companionship, conversation, and similar lawful activities. Any conduct between consenting adults that may occur outside of the directory is beyond our knowledge, supervision, or control.

3. Provider responsibilities

Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any information they submit. By posting a profile you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and the person depicted in every photo;
• All information you submit, including identity documents, is truthful and current;
• You are an independent companion and are posting only your own profile;
• You will comply with all applicable laws of Canada and your province or territory;
• You will not use the profile to offer, advertise, or solicit sexual services for consideration.

Submitting falsified verification documents, impersonating another person, or posting on behalf of a third party is grounds for permanent ban and may be referred to law enforcement.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Canadian Escorts and will be removed without notice. Accounts responsible may be suspended or banned permanently:

• Any content suggesting an offer, request, or advertisement of sexual services for consideration;
• Any content depicting, referencing, or implicating a person under the age of 18;
• Content depicting non-consensual conduct, coercion, trafficking, or exploitation;
• Impersonation of another person, including the use of another person’s photos;
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or other unlawful conduct;
• Spam, scraping, or automated extraction of directory data;
• Any attempt to circumvent verification, moderation, or rate limits.

5. Reviews

Account holders may submit reviews of providers they have personally engaged with. Reviews must be truthful, first-hand, and limited to lawful aspects of the encounter. Reviews that describe sexual conduct are not permitted and will be removed. Canadian Escorts applies a credibility-weighting model to compute aggregate ratings and reserves the right to remove or down-weight any review at its discretion.

6. Reporting and moderation

Every public-facing element of the directory carries a report option. Reports flagged as possibly involving a minor, trafficking, exploitation, or other serious harm are reviewed urgently and may trigger immediate suspension. We cooperate with Canadian law enforcement and report material relating to child sexual exploitation to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (cybertip.ca).

7. Intellectual property and your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, profile fields, reviews). By submitting content you grant Canadian Escorts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating the directory. You may revoke this licence by deleting your account; we will remove publicly displayed content promptly thereafter.

8. Disclaimers

The directory is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canadian Escorts disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Verification confirms identity and age only; it is not a personal endorsement, a guarantee of conduct, or a warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canadian Escorts and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from any meeting, communication, or transaction between a provider and a third party. Our total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to the directory is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD 100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Canadian Escorts and its operators from and against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the directory, your content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, without notice and without refund, for any violation of these Terms, any violation of applicable law, or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the directory or the safety of its users.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which Canadian Escorts is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the directory will be brought exclusively in the courts of that province.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the directory after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
